What should you eat before your workout?
Most people don't know what to eat as pre-exercise meals, so here are some tips.
Sample Pre-Exercise Meals: This should be consumed 30-60 minutes before your workout. It will give you the energy for a full workout without upsetting your stomach.
1. 1 cup low fiber cereal with half cup skim milk
2. 1 medium banana with 6 oz lowfat yogurt
