Lately, I have been exposed to foam rolling technique through varies
channels, and I like to share my findings and experience with you. To
my surprise, it is very effective, and has many benefits. So for the

few common target areas, and show you how to use foam roller correctly
and effectively to enhance your performance, prevent injury and enjoy a
