Good carbs or bad carbs?

As a personal trainer, I've been approached to market various weight loss products and I also have been consulted by my clients about weight loss solutions. Often time, most of the weight loss products and solutions are some forms of manip
ulations on carbs and/or fat. I am surprised by how many myths surrounding carbs and fat, so I decided to share some information on those two from reliable sources. Here is one article on good and bad carbs.
