Foam Rollers

Lately,  I have been exposed to foam rolling technique through varies channels, and I like to share my findings and experience with you.  To my surprise,  it is very effective, and has many benefits.  So for the next few posts,  I will discuss what, when and why.  I will also target a few common target areas, and show you how to use foam roller correctly and effectively to enhance your performance, prevent injury and enjoy a well balanced body.  So stay tuned.
