I think there are a lot of truth to the article below, but I don't agree
with every point. However, the one we haven't talked about enough is
to chew your food mindfully. A lot of time, we have our meal in front
of computer, TV or newspaper(I am guilty of that;;). We end up eating too much and too fast before the brain registers the fullness.
