To eat or not to eat?
Should you eat before workout or should you
not? That is a good question. There are a lot of debates on that.
Personally, I believe you should eat a light easily digestible
snack(banana, energy bar, etc.)30 minutes before your workout. A new
studies has proved my choice. I will not bore you with the details, but
